Take a deep dive into self-care with my intensive lymphedema program. I am here to empower you to take control of your lymphedema. The program will teach you how to manage this diagnosis with confidence by utilizing evidence based research. Offered twice a year, you will receive education and resources on skin care, home exercise program, lymphedema massage, bandaging, guidance with garment purchases and access to videos that you can follow at home.
